Chassis number 41100, the first Royale built, had five bodies during its life:
1926 Packard Phaeton - The original Prototype.
1928 "Fiacre" Coupé - Clearly an Ettore design.
1928, 4-door Berline - Basically a limousine version of the second body and the car depicted by this model.
1929 Coach Weymann - The car was in this configuration when it was severley damaged in a road accident in 1931.
However, it was rebuilt and received its hitherto last body, the
1931 Coupé de Ville "Napoleon" - Designed by Jean Bugatti.
This is how the car is preserved to this day.
