From the artist, Thomas Danthony:
"The poster explores the role of windows in the movie, key point between the inside / outside. Windows are usually an opening to the world but here Hitchcock turns it into a weakness, a point of entry in the human refuge that has become the houses. I wanted to emulate that quintessential Hitchcock feeling, building up the psychological tension, with a quite scene where a bird is just watching us from the outside."
