Our 6-pounder 1841 field gun was modeled in 1/6 scale from blue prints taken from Civil War era ordinance manuals to guarantee authenticity in every detail. The brass 6-pound gun mounted on to the Number #1 gun carriage faithfully reproduces a Federal field gun as it saw service in the first years of the American Civil War. Our cannon is made from polyurethane resin, metal and wood parts. This piece is perfect for the hard core collectors! Due to small parts and sharp points this item is not suitable for small children.
