Chassis SL73/131 is only documented in three races. The record shows a 7th place finish at the 1969 Daytona 24 Hours and a DNF at Sebring in 1968 and 1969. It was campaigned by the American International Racers team owned by actor James Garner (Jim Rockford) and powered by a 5 liter Chevrolet V8 engine.
This model was said to depict the 1968 Sebring car but contemporary photographs show it to be a much lighter blue. However, it ran the other races in a darker shade so those pictures may have faded. It also ran the 1969 Daytona 24 Hour with the #9 but that car had different graphics on the hood.
