Released the last week of November 2005 to celebrate the launch of Mad Anthony's Hot Sauces and menu item at all corporate Hard Rock Cafes. Michael Anthony of Van Halen was to appear at the cafes in New York, Philadelphia, Boston, Chicago, San Francisco and Los Angeles, where he was to meet with fans and sign bottles of his new sauces. A piece of memorabilia was dedicated during each appearance, which was added to Hard Rock's collection. This limited edition Mad Anthony pin was also available in the six cafes where he was scheduled to appear. He was scheduled to appear in Chicago on Monday, December 12, 2005.
