Removal of windows, lights, windscreen wipers and all other details. Correcting mistakes in the design from the basic model, e.g. correcting track gauge, chassis height, etc.
Stripping paint. Apply primer. Paint a couple of coats white, clear coat over that. Then mask, varnish black a couple of coats, clear coat over that.
Assembly of all details and police-specific equipment. Decals are mounted, then smudging with airbrush and matte clear coat over it in many thin layers.
Many hours go into each car and they are truly unique. I make each car as good as I can, if it's not quite right I redo it, or discard it. You won't find a Swedish police car as well-built in 1/43 scale!
