A bright green zombie teddy bear that has suffered injuries. There are two gray knitting needles in the top of his head. The left ear is torn and a small tuft of orange stuffing is coming out of the side of his head. Part of the right ear was bitten off (three teeth bite marks). There is a cross of orange Band-Aids on the right cheek. The right eye lid is missing and a large purple bruise appears around the eye where the fur is torn; it is also seeping blood. The left eyelid is also bruised. Continuing with the injuries, this poor little teddy’s left big toe was bitten off (two teeth bite marks) and the white bone from the big toe is protruding on the right foot. The white bone is also exposed for the right arm, which is missing. There are stitches to his head, right ear and stomach. His white teeth are shown in a grimace with a swollen lip. He appears to still be "alive" hence the zombie reference. The classic yellow HRC logo is at the bottom center with a white banner and the city name in black.
