The Ame-Comi Heroine Series was started out in 2010 as a more anime based take on classic women from The DC Universe. The initial runs were so well received that the statues were continued to become a decently large line. From Heroine to Villianess it grew to much acclaim and a concentrated following. Though mainly comprised of female characters, there was a single male who slipped into the fold. To not much suprise, Batman got an anime style make-over later on in the series. Variants, separate versions, even holiday editions and 2 packs arose from the forge that was cutesy justice. Now since their discontinuation they've become highly collectible and quite prized among many circles. There are versions of characters only found in this set. Check out Batgirl V.2 and Harley Quinn V.2 for definite examples of unique forms on the classics that can only be found in this world known as Ami-Comi. Where Anime and Comics collide in stunning glory that could only be presented by DC.
