Amilcare Ballestrieri (Sanremo , September 17, 1935) is an Italian motorcycle and racing driver who retired from racing.

He initially dedicated himself to motorcycling , obtaining good results in the sixties : he was three times Italian road mountain champion with MotoBi (1962, 1963 and 1964), Italian junior champion class 175 in 1964 and won two times the Ospedaletti Circuit (1963 and 1964).

Winner of the 1973 Italian Rally Championship on a Lancia Fulvia (navigator Silvio Maiga). 

In the world rally championship he participated in ten races from 1973 to 1977, obtaining a good 5th place as best result. However he managed to win the Sanremo Rally in 1972 (the home rally , he is from Sanremo ), when the test, although not valid for the world championship, was valid for the international constructors ' championship.
