Chris Sarracini is a Canadian comic book writer who worked for Dreamwave in the first year of their Transformers license, writing the first Generation One mini-series and the first five issues of Armada. Even though he was originally announced to write the second Generation One volume as well, he was eventually replaced by Brad Mick, while Simon Furman took over Armada starting with issue 6. As Dreamwave spiraled towards bankruptcy, James McDonough (formerly "Brad Mick") and Adam Patyk were fired, and Sarracini was slated to return to the Generation One title starting with issue 11, but Dreamwave died before the issue would be properly solicited. Sarracini also did work on in-house Dreamwave title Darkminds.
