The city is well known for its biking community, with the number of bikes actually outnumbering its citizens.  Although two-thirds of travel in the city is done by car, Copenhagen has extensive motorways and tracks leading to other parts of Denmark as well as to Sweden over the Øresund Bridge.  With over two million travelers a month, Copenhagen's airport Katstrup is the largest airport in the Nordic countries.
