Join celebrated photographer Daniel Picard as he explores what his favorite pop culture heroes and villains are up to when they’re not caught up in the battle between good and evil. This unique collection of meticulously composed images showcases a variety of comic book and movie icons in realistic and often hilarious everyday settings. Using fan-favorite figures from Sideshow Collectibles, Picard gives these classic characters a fresh twist, presenting them in perfectly arranged, to-scale environments that create believable scenes and tongue-in-cheek parodies. Among the gallery of memorable images are photographs of a Stormtrooper with a desk job, the Joker shopping for a Batman Halloween costume, and Harley Quinn taking a selfie. Featuring a foreword by Simon Pegg, an afterword by Kevin Smith, and an introduction from Daniel Picard detailing his one-of-a-kind take on pop culture parody, Figure Fantasy is a true treasure for fans, collectors, and photographers alike.

This Loot Crate themed box is called, Revolution, and includes the following items:
Figure Fantasy Hardcover Book: This one’s a bit of a stretch as far as the Revolution theme is concerned but it’s still pretty nifty for geeks. The “Figure Fantasy” book features photographs by Daniel Picard, no relation to Jean-Luc, of various Sideshow Collectibles figures in, uh, rebellious situations. Also features a foreword by Simon Pegg and afterword by Kevin Smith.
Assassin’s Creed Aguilar Funko Pop! Just in time for the movie, this figure features Michael Fassbender’s take on the assassin Aguilar in typical big-headed Funko Pop fashion. Details are pretty nice and its pose should be familiar to fans of the franchise. As an added bonus, it also works well with the Loot Crate box design when flipped.
Firefly Independents Patch: This patch commemorates the Independent Faction of the Firefly TV series. It features an upside down triangle crest sporting the familiar yellow-and-green color scheme with a blue star in the middle.
Mr. Robot fsociety T-Shirt: This month’s T-shirt celebrates the Coney Island, New York-based hacker group “fsociety” from the Mr. Robot show. The design is an obvious nod to the mask worn by Mr. Robot as part of his ensemble when shooting his videos.
Assassin’s Creed Pin and DLC: This month’s pin sports the Assassin’s Creed logo in silver. It also comes with a DLC code for a digital excerpt from the Assassin’s Creed: Heresy novel.
Revolution-Themed Magazine: The December 2016 magazine includes articles that provide background to the conflicts surrounding Assassin’s Creed and Firefly plus a short history of hacking.
Revolution Box: This box design flips to reveal a classic building design that fits quite well with the Assassin’s Creed world.
