Leonard H. "Bones" McCoy is a character in the science fiction franchise Star Trek. First portrayed by DeForest Kelley in the original Star Trek series, McCoy also appears in the animated Star Trek series, six Star Trek movies, the pilot episode of Star Trek: The Next Generation, and in numerous books, comics, and video games. Karl Urban assumed the role of the character in the 2009 film Star Trek, its 2013 sequel Star Trek Into Darkness and 2016 sequel Star Trek Beyond.
He was voiced by Fred Tatasciore on Robot Chicken.

Ancient Rome Revisited

Captain Merik, former commander of the starship Beagle, takes control of a planet and develops a modern dictatorship based on ancient Rome. When Captain Kirk refuses to join him, Merik orders the Enterprise officers to enter televised gladiator fights. The corrupt society is finally overthrown by the followers of the "son", to which, we later discover, refers to the son of God, completing the parallel to Roman history on Earth!

Captain Kirk first encountered Gary Seven on twentieth-century Earth. Now Seven, a time-traveling operative for unknown alien forces, makes a surprise visit to the USS Enterprise. Befuddled Bones
Dr. McCoy works feverishly to learn what strange disease has befallen Earth colonists on a far planet. Enterprise visitors on a routine stop have contracted the disease which is spreading rapidly through the crew of the Starship. Captain Kirk orders "Bones" to try any remedy he develops on him. Dr. McCoy refuses. Checking all findings carefully, he tests the remedy on himself first. His calculation are correct, It works.

When the planet Empyrea, a colony of genetically perfected Human beings, demands that the Federation remove a science station which has been in place for nearly twenty years, the Starship Enterprise is assigned to transport to the planet the Federation ambassador who negotiated with the Empyreans long ago – an ambassador who was once Dr. McCoy's closest friend, but is now a bitter rival.
On Empyrea, McCoy discovers Anna, a daughter he never knew he had. McCoy soon realizes that the isolationist Empyreans must not learn her father is an off-worlder, and that her genes are less than "perfect." As relations with the Empyreans collapse around him, McCoy must find a way to save his newfound daughter from the harshest penalty her planet can impose!

When sabotage strikes the Enterprise, Spock's investigation leads him into an alliance with the Romulan and Klingon empires against the Tomarii, a bloodthirsty race for whom war is life itself. Captain's Bluff
Dr. McCoy stares in disbelief at the creature which has been beamed aboard the Enterprise. Captain Kirk warns it that he will destroy it if it moves into his ship. The creature changes into a pattern of blinking lights. Kirk stands firm, not knowing whether he is fcaing one creature or now more than one. Slowly he advances on the lights. One careful step forward at a time. He wins the game as the lights fade away.
