Giorgio Sanna started working for Automobili Lamborghini SpA back in 2001 as a test driver for the Research and Development department, more than ten years later this 39 year old has now been promoted to Head of Lamborghini Motorsport where he will report to Maurizio Reggiani, a Lamborghini board member for the Research and Development department.
Over the last decade Giorgio Sanna, who was born in Rome, has been actively helping in the development of both Lamborghini production models and special versions, starting with the Murciélago over the Gallardo, Aventador and now the Huracan … since 2009 he was the chief test driver that was behind the wheel of the racing cars under development in Sant’Agata.
