Hasici (from 1953 to 1989 the official terminology of a firefighter) is a designation for a member of a professional fire brigade or a member of a unit of the voluntary fire brigade (JSDH). The term firefighter has also been used for members of the voluntary fire brigade (SDH), whose members are primarily engaged in fire sports.
