Hot Wheels also held the 'Hot Wheels Legends 50th Anniversary Tour' where the Hot Wheels team travelled to several states in the USA to hold real-life car shows to find the next car to be 'immortalized as a Hot Wheels Die Cast'.

On the 11th of December 2018, Hot Wheels also released the '50th Anniversary Master Set' which included all the 50th Anniversary 'collections' in one large case. This set was exclusive to HotWheelsCollectors.com and was limited to 1,250 pieces.

On the 6th November 2018, HotWheelsCollectors.com sold a set of all sixteen vehicles in a replica of the original 1968 'Store Display Set'. It was sold for $499.99 and limited to 1,500 pieces. HWC.com 50th Anniversary Original 16 Display set
