1/43 diecast metal Intercars were produced in Spain by Nacoral who, like many Spanish companies, 'borrowed' or copied some models from existing ranges by Tekno, Solido, Matchbox and Dinky Toys.
Before the name Intercars, Nacoral introduced 11 or so metal 1/43 cars as Chiqui Cars Metal at the end of the 1960s (Some collectors consider these as the first Intercars). They were numbered 2003M to 2026M, not inclusive (M for metal).
