Kenper Miller (born July 23, 1946 in Washington, DC) is a retired American automobile racing driver, the brother of Paul Miller and the uncle of Bryce Miller.
Kenper Miller was active as a sports car driver for 25 years beginning in the early 1970s. For several years he also had his own racing team. His preferred field of activity was the races of the US IMSA GT and GTP series. In the 1980s, he was able to place three times in the top ten in the overall ranking. In 1982 he finished the series as tenth, in 1983 as seventh and 1984 as ninth overall.
