Lucio has worked on comics for publishers all over the world, including the USA, Italy, Germany, France, and Sweden. To name a few, some of Lucio's clients include Marvel Comics, DC Comics, Dynamite Entertainment, Panini and many more. He is especially renowned for his extensive amount of cover art for characters such as Red Sonja, Vampirella and Warlord of Mars. 

He painted numerous covers, interior art and character designs for video games and role playing games, such as Forgotten Realms, Eberron, Magic, and Hecatomb.
