Lupe built his own truck called Warrior around the year 1990 and would continue running the truck for several years.
In 2001, he started driving El Toro Loco for SFX Motorsports (now Feld) this would arguably be his best years in the industry as he would make multiple World Finals appearances even winning the Monster Jam World Finals 5 Freestyle Championship alongside Madusa and Tom Meents.
In 2010, Lupe would go to driving the Advance Auto Parts Grinder until 2013. He still drove El Toro Loco in Spain though.
In 2014, after Grinder was discontinued, he would go back to driving El Toro Loco. He drove Max-D in Arlington and Foxboro 2015 and also drove Boy Scouts of America for an encore as well.
In 2016, he moved to El Diablo before leaving monster trucks the following year. It is presumed he stayed behind the scenes with Monster Jam.
