The company was founded in July 2003 by renaming the Compagnie du Chemin de fer Bière- Apples-Morges (BAM), a railway company that operates two meterspurige rail lines, Morges - Bière and the branch line Apple - L'Isle and the bus lines in Morges and surrounding area, In addition, MBC is in charge of the management of the funicular Cossonay-Gare-Cossonay-Ville (CG), which connects the somewhat remote station with the village.
