The Hot Wheels Monster Trucks series was announced in summer of 2018 as a replacement for the long running Hot Wheels Monster Jam line after Monster Jam's parent company announced they would be ending Mattel's license agreement in favor of Spin Master in 2019.
The vehicles have a diecast body in approximately 1/64 or 1/24 scale on a common chassis shared by all vehicles in the line in their respecitve scales.
