RLC / HWC Master Sets

Master Sets were produced from 2002 through 2010 (Series 1 through 9).  In 2011, a tin case was produced for RLC subcribers that came with an exclusive VW T1 Drag Bus.  This 2011 release is not considered a 'Master' set.
