The Royal Dutch Mint (Dutch: Koninklijke Nederlandse Munt, abbreviation: KNM) was founded in 1567 and produces the coins for the Netherlands ever since. Until 2020 the KNM was located in the city of Utrecht in the so-called "Muntgebouw" (coin building). In 2020 they relocated to the city of Houten.
