Shadowman (Volume 3) is a series published by Acclaim Comics beginning in 1999. It was written by Dan Abnett and Andy Lanning. The series continues from Acclaim's earlier series Shadowman (Volume 2).
The series was canceled after only six issues due to Acclaim's financial problems. Six more issues had been planned and solicited for January–June 2000 (see Shadowman (Volume 3) #6 for more information) but the sixth issue wasn't even released before July 2000 – six months after the fifth issue. Following this, there would not be another Shadowman series until Valiant Entertainment published Shadowman (Volume 4) in 2012.
