Steve was born on June 30th, 1966 in Lae, New Guinea, where he lived for 16 years. In 1982 he moved to the United States, finished high school and went to college at Cal State Long Beach. In 1991 I graduated from CSULB with a BFA in Illustration.
he's had the good fortune of collaborating with many premiere artists in the comic industry, working for Marvel, Top Cow,DC and others. He's done traditional and digital illustration for Image Comics, Dark Horse Comics, Mattel, Sega,TSR,Wizards of the Coast, Ace Books and many other advertising and publishing agencies.
