The Mayor of Halloween Town

The Mayor of Halloween Town (also referred to as just "The Mayor") is a fictional character from Tim Burton's poem and stop motion feature film, The Nightmare Before Christmas. He is depicted as a short, fat man shaped like a giant candy corn with a cone-shaped head, a very tall top hat, and a ribbon of office that says "Mayor" on it. His cone-shaped head has two faces: One face is peach-skinned, rosy-cheeked, and smiling while the other face is white-skinned, pale and frowning with pointed teeth. Depending on the Mayor's mood, his head swivels around to display the right face with a loud clicking sound. When not in use, the other face has its eyes closed and is considered dormant.

He is voiced by Glenn Shadix in the film, Oogie's Revenge, and Kingdom Hearts II and by Jeff Bennett in Kingdom Hearts. His Japanese voice actor is Tōru Ōhira.
