Segment series/Mini Collection in the Hot Wheels Mainline which features "custom-striped muscle cars that look good driving around town or racing." The series first appeared in 2005, and after a two year hiatus It reappeared in 2008 as "Team: Muscle Mania." It has continued as simply "Muscle Mania" every year from 2009 onward.

For the 2012 Mainline, Muscle Mania was split into Ford, GM, and Mopar series. It became a sub-series of HW Showroom in 2013 and then a sub-series of HW Workshop in 2014 and 2015. There have also been several Muscle Mainia 5-packs released.
