The 212th Attack Battalion was a unit of clone troopers under the leadership of Clone Commander Cody and Jedi Obi-Wan Kenobi during the Clone Wars. Troops of the 212th Attack Battalion were distinguished by the orange markings on their armor. General Kenobi led the 212th Attack Battalion to the Utapau system and The Battle of Utapau was one of the final battles of the Clone Wars. While Obi-Wan battled head to head with Grievous, the 212th was able to gain the advantage, though not without heavy casualties. It would prove pivotal due to the death of General Grievous at the hands of Obi-Wan Kenobi. This was the last major battle before the destruction of the Jedi Order and the fall of the Republic.
