Something Missing?

Swiss/French diecast model maker, mostly in 1:43 scale.  Jacques Greilsamer, the famous French automobile and model car author, was the son of a Parisian garage owner.  He created the ELIGOR brand by combining the brands of his father's two garages "ELITE" and "VIGOR" in 1976.  Then, Louis B Surber bought the company with and its tools in 1986. Box ends were marked Louis Surber LBS. He added new models to the collection by transforming the old plastic injection molds into metal molds. Finally in 1996, Paul and Anne-Marie Vullierme bought ELIGOR. They started concentrating on new tractor cabs and semi-trailers (truck models).   Source: https://www.eligor.com/lentreprise/

Development and distribution of the models were carried out by Hobbycar S.A. in Lausanne, Switzerland, from 1981 to 1990.  (https://modelcars.mbeck.ch/)
