Cool Classics

Cool Classics was a 2013 to 2014 series of collector-oriented Hot Wheels models. It was a continuation of the Hot Wheels Classics line with a slightly different formula. Instedad of the Spectraflame paint used in the first Classics line, each Cool Classics model featured a new paint style called Spectrafrost, essentially satin-finish Spectraflame paint. Each model was also equipped with a new wheel style called "Retro Slots" and a metal baseplate.

Each casting was released on two different cards. The 2013 models came on cards with an illustration of either a blue or red Custom Otto. 2014 cards featured either orange or pink Custom Otto artwork.
