The former cheif of Channel 5, Blank sought to expand his channel's ratings by brainwashing the Morolians and tricking them to attack the human population within the Milky-Way galaxy. However, his plans ultimately failed at the hands of Ulala and her friends.
He was voiced by Gary S. Martinez in the original 1999 game.
