Frank started his racing career in 1974, racing the number 44 at Flemington and Nazareth Speedways. He was given the car after his father, Dick Cozze, previously owned it. Dick’s driver, Al Tasnady, had wrecked the car and he gave it to Frank to fix. Frank raced that car to rookie of the year at Flemington in his first season. He was named track champion in 1984 at Flemington Speedway. He was named track champion at East Windsor Speedway in 1995 in the John Chemidlin owned, 747. Frank claimed the track championship title twice at New Egypt Speedway in 2003 and 2005. He has a total of 26 wins at New Egypt. Within the DIRT series, he has claimed 43 big block feature wins and 4 small block feature wins. These wins were recorded at race tracks across New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Canada. Frank’s biggest and most memorable accomplishment was winning Super Dirt Week XXXVI, in 2008.
