Ultraman Tiga (ウルトラマンティガ Urutoraman Tiga) is the Ultra that debuted in 1996, and was the first Ultra hero to appear in a full length television series since 1981, ending the 15-year-long hiatus of the Ultraman franchise since the ending of Ultraman 80.
Set in a universe different from all previous series, Ultraman Tiga introduced new and radical updates to the Ultraman character for a new generation of audiences; most notably him being the first Ultraman with multiple combat modes and non-red colors (Purple and Gold). He is also considered one of the most popular entries in the franchise, having had more exposure on TV and in film as compared to other Heisei Ultra heroes (a 52-episode series, five team up films in 1998, 1999, 2008, 2015, 2016, and two direct sequels in 2000 and 2001).

Official Product Description:
Ultraman Tiga multi-type join the S.H.Figuarts lineup using the true bone carving method. Under the supervision of LSS modeling, the body of Mr. Gondoh, a suit actor at that time, was scanned and the body was converted into data. The prototype was modeled by Mr. Minoru Narita, who was involved in Tiga modeling at that time. Bandai Tamashii Nations used a soft material that allows you to take the characteristic poses of Ultraman Tiga. A wide range of poses is realized by adding the range of motion of the upper arm, knees, neck, and ankle. The attached wrist is modeled based on the scan data of the palm that Mr. Shunsuke Gondo gave to him, and the shape of the wrist is reproduced close to the image at that time. The Ultraman Tiga Shinkocchouseihou Ultraman Tiga Multi Type S.H.Figuarts Action Figure includes 6x left changeable wrist, 5x right changeable wrist, Zeperion ray effect, and replacement color timer.
