Komugi wore a pink tunic, with a white, long-sleeve shirt underneath. She was seen carrying a walking stick when entering the Royal Palace of East Gorteau due to her being blind.

Her outfit then changed around the time she was healed by Neferpitou. She was then wearing a different skirt, similar to the old one, but without the ruffles at the bottom.
