I have been collecting diecast cars since 1977. Back then I was a kid and played with my cars, raced them, painted them, banged them up, etc. As I got older I continued to appreciate the beauty of the various models of diecast cars and my collection increased into adulthood. I now have around 9,000 diecast cars, including Hot Wheels, Matchbox, Johnny Lightning, Tomica, Majorette, and many more.

I have roughly just over 525 unique Mattel released Porsches in my collection, and this doesn't included any customs, errors, or duplicates. I collect every and any hot wheels Porsche variations.
