The Classic 4-Spoke Real Rider (or C4SPRR) is a type of wheel first used on the 2016 Hot Wheels Car Culture (Japan Historics) series. The wheel has a 4-spoked rim and a "stretched tire", which causes the rim to stick out a bit.
Chopcycle wheels are molded with a reference number and a mold number. Molds were hand made by Mattel Engineers. These molds are numbered from (1 to 8) on the reverse inside rim of wheel sprocket side.

Hot Wheels Faster Than Ever, Copper colored Open Hole 5 Spoke (OH5SP)

These are the same wheel as the OH5SP. The copper color designates that they have a nickel-plated axle, which reduces friction, allowing the cars to go faster on the track.
