Detroit's used to the wild antics of Insane Izzy, eccentric electronics entrepreneur extraordinaire and RoboCop basher. Now Izzy's been shot... with RoboCop's gun. And RoboCop's the only one who can fire it. How do you put a cyborg cop on suspension? And how can he clear his name when he can't trust his own recorded memories?
Matthew Zieske had originally planned to offer his new creation to the Detroit police force, as an aid to RoboCop. Now Zieske's creation (the new ZED-309s, the debugged wonder robots with the newly-fixed "brains") will be used to hunt down RoboCop. ZED-309: the last word in modern policing. Also the last word RoboCop wants to hear.
"Insane Izzy's" murder has divided the ranks of the Detroit police department. The only possible suspect is one of their own, RoboCop, who is too busy holding off Matthew Zieske's new ZED-309s to defend himself. Marie has discovered the key to RoboCop's innocence... but will she survive long enough to tell him?
RoboCop's been cleared of Insane Izzy's murder, and survived his encounter with the souped-up ZED-309s, but there's no time for R&R as RoboCop goes after the last loose end while being targeted by a force far more powerful than any ZED. Will he survive the last mystery of Matthew Zieske?
Detroit's used to the antics of Insane Izzy, an eccentric electronics entrepreneur famous for his RoboCop bashing. Now Izzy lies dead, shot by RoboCop's gun -- a gun only he can fire. What can a cyborg cop do to clear his name, when even his memories can be tampered with, and when suspension from the force means they can shut him down?
